Collaborations brought together emerging artists with young people both in the UK and abroad to create new and innovative work. For this pilot I worked with Creative Junction and Slough Youth Offending Team.
Rap lyrics as poetry, drawing on the young people’s experiences and looking for some reflection on their current choices. The use of popular media, video and “youtube” language led to an interest in the young people, with interesting results.
